The location for this small, but cozy residential building is in Belgrade city central municipal settlement, called Vračar. The contextual urban matrix of relatively small housing in the sense of height range with some other urban restrictions, dictated the building concept. Its unique position, at the edge of a small square combined of five streets gives the dominant role in the quarter. Cubical form, strong expression and materialization also contribute to the contemporary appearance of the house.

All five apartments, one on each floor, have look on both streets at each side, and a small square in front of the house. Each apartment has a covered balcony accept the last, attic floor which has the biggest rooftop green terrace. Ground floor is likewise other stories a residential apartment, with a huge garden facing the street. There is an underground parking garage at the basement with some technical rooms. Façade materialization is dark natural concrete fine processed except the last floor external walls which are made of bright colored stone. Openings are huge, glass walls covered with perforated metal sliding panels.
