All five apartments, one on each floor, have look on both streets at each side, and a small square in front of the house. Each apartment has a covered balcony accept the last, attic floor which has the biggest rooftop green terrace. Façade materialization is dark natural concrete fine processed except the last floor external walls which are made of bright colored stone. Openings are huge, glass walls covered with perforated metal sliding panels.
