House Matej is a modern villa with a straight dominant horizontal cubical form. The effect of a cube lowered onto the beveled part of the plot was sought. Additionally, on the client's requests was a clear division of living and working areas in the house. This is distinguished by vertical zoning. Ground floor is reserved for living room and sleeping area, thus upper floor space belongs to working room and private gym. Materialization is mix of natural wooden facade (vertical stripes) and plaster white facade.
