The given existing location and position is conditioned the concept and the solution that follows the longitudinally of the plot with the directs exit to the river Danube and an impressive view of the Novi Sad veduta. The elongation of the plot influenced that the functions on the plot were divided into separate segments connected by a path in a slight fall. The first auxiliary storage facility is located at the beginning of the plot, followed by a private pool that connects the weekend house. The house is designed as a living space with a unique cubic space that includes a living room with a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom with two bedrooms. The ground floor, which is at + 0.35m in relation to the surrounding terrain, can be approached with the entrance staircase on the open terrace under the covered porch. The back of the building also has a terrace with a view that directly overlooks the panorama of the city, as well as the city beach and the most beautiful Novi Sad bridge - the Freedom bridge. Foundation of the house has been done on reinforced concrete base strips. The construction of the house is a reinforced concrete skeleton. The house has a 30-degree roof duplex covered with tiles.
