House Maradik represents a symbiosis between prefabricated and masonry construction type covered with natural stone found in nearby quarry. This concept is all about the view and beautiful landscape in the distance. The inner space is divided in two separated zones (day and night) connected with an atrium positioned in the middle with a birch tree planted. Most of the energy and resources for the household daily consumption was taken from the nature around - thermal ground pumps, gray water usage gather from rain in water tanks, solar panels and other sustainable systems makes this home a Zero impact house
Open space interior concept is intertwined with nature through an open space porch on the backside of the house, directly turned to landscape.
