The client wanted the maximum use of space with minimal intervention in the form of any alteration of the existing dimensions of the rooms, their redesign or new definition of zones. In essence, this apartment had only carpentry work as a project task and the matching of colors and materials with already found materials defined by the Investor and the apartment sales agency. The kitchen, although small in size, has enough storage cabinets and no unused part and dead corner has been used as a "magic corner".
